Sports Performance Program

The CFA Sports Performance Program is a complete system that teaches the body to work together and improve overall athleticism. We have trained athletes for a wide variety of sports: Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, Tennis, Triathlon, Running, Cycling, Hockey, Wrestling, and MMA.  We have been the official training facility to The College of Sequoias Softball team since 2007.


California Fitness Academy is now offering 8-week sports performance programs for 13 to 18-year-olds that includes:

  • Functional strength to reduce injury in sport
  • Power development
  • Speed & technique enhancement
  • Coordination & movement
  • Sports nutrition guidance
  • Motivation & accountability


Program Schedule: Classes will be 2 times a week. (Monday and Wednesday at 6pm)
