Group Personal Training

CFA’s group personal training program is a complete fitness system that will target every area of your body. You will burn more calories, build your total body strength, improve your stamina and become more athletic.  We can accommodate various fitness levels in this program.

 

Our qualified coaches have the ability to modify and scale the workout to fit the needs of any fitness level.  This program has a high-energy atmosphere which will supply you with motivation to push yourself to reach your goals.

 

We have 18 group training sessions throughout the week to meet the needs of your schedule. Our passionate and expert training team will motivate, encourage and coach you every session.
