  • The staff is amazing. I love how when you walk in the door you are immediately greeted with smiling faces, hellos, and high fives. We could not ask for a more encouraging and not intimidating environment to workout in. The other clients are great too and we have formed so terrific friendships with them. No matter what your level, the coaches are there to encourage, assist, and challenge you to do and be your best.

  • I came into CFA training with the COS Softball team. I loved it from the beginning. I got into the best shape of my life in the two years I played softball. I had no clue that one day I would be coaching. I can honestly say that this is one of my highlights of my day. I love training and encouraging our members and all of our coaches are like family. I would love to meet anyone new looking to improve their fitness, come say hi!

  • When it comes to CFA, it has become a habit now after 12 years. When I arrive, I know I’ll get to the gym and be greeted with smiling and upbeat coaches and other members. It just makes the start of my day better and we don’t just jump in and start lifting weights. The dynamic warmup gets my joints loosened up. Then we move into core, then Power and we end with at least 30 minutes of a variety of strength, metabolic, and conditioning circuits. The workouts always are different, so you never get bored.

  • When it comes to CFA. I honestly think it is the best investment you can make for yourself. I love the consistency between the trainers, I love how real and relatable the trainers are. I like that everyone takes time to correct you if you need to change your stance or are potentially doing something where you could injure yourself. CFA is a complete package.

  • I really enjoy coming to CFA every week. The atmosphere is so positive which gives me the motivation to strive towards a better me.
